KiTa Manager (m/w/d) for the KiTa Joki in Schwanewede

For 10 years we have been a reliable partner for families and municipalities in the field of Kitas with 9 facilities and 180 employees. Ev.-luth. Kita-Verband Osterholz-Scharmbeck is looking for a KiTa line (m/w/d) with 35 hours/week for his KiTa Joki in Schwanewede on 01.08.2025. Our kita line in the Joki is free from the group service. Payment is made to TVöD S15.

But not only for the KiTa environment, but also for your team you have an open ear. The activity as head of the Ev. KiTa Joki is associated with decision-making and external action in the field of pastoral care/evangelical education. Therefore, we basically require membership in an EKD church.

(m/w/d) – alternatively a completed training to the educator (m/w/d) including management experience Know-how in MS Office (Word, Exel, Outlook etc.) Clear affinity for open work A friendly and honest way of dealing with your motivated team The activity as a KiTa lead has a relation to the evangelical education mission. Therefore, in principle, we require membership of a Christian church, which is a member of the working community of Christian churches in Lower Saxony, for cooperation.
