The Klinikum Lippe GmbH is the carrier of the two main hospitals Detmold and Lemgo as well as a child and youth psychiatry at the Bad Salzuflen site. As part of the University Hospital of Ostwestfalen-Lippe at Bielefeld University, Klinikum Lippe provides 1,224 plan beds annually in about 30 clinics and competence centres. 100,000 outpatient and around 50,000 inpatient patients. For the Clinic for Radiation Therapy (Head: Prof. Dr. med. U. Schäfer) at the Klinikum Lippe-Lemgo we are looking for the next possible appointment Senior Consultant (m/w/d) The clinic has two modern Truebeam linear accelerators (Operation 04/20 and 04/22). A PET-CT (Biograph mCT; commissioning 06/22) is available for use in the premises of radiotherapy for irradiation planning. All modern percutaneous irradiation techniques such as IMRT, RapidArc or stereotaxy are carried out including IGRT using Cone-beam CT, Breathing, 6D Couch and Auto Conturation (Limbus). The work area concerns all areas of radiation therapy and radiooncological activity. The majority of patients are treated on an outpatient basis (special medical care - ASV or an attached MVZ). Stationary activities are not required.
