In your forward-looking role, you are responsible for financial and accounting, controlling, including reporting, and purchasing management. You will be able to guide the entire team professionally and disciplinaryly and also to promote individual employees. In addition to personal development, you take over both strategic and operational budget, financial and investment planning and create forecasts, GuV analyses and management reports. You coordinate the timely creation of monthly, quarterly and annual subscriptions to HGB and report the results directly to the parent company. Continuously analyse the most important key figures (KPIs, etc.) in order to derive concrete measures that you will implement in reliable cooperation with the management and the relevant experts. As part of the management team, you act as a central contact person for accountants, tax advisors and authorities – and you will also bring your commercial expertise to projects and special tasks. Completed studies in economics and/or further education on the audited account holder or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional and management experience in financial and accounting, ideally collected by medium-sized enterprises in the manufacturing industry Funded knowledge of cost accounting (KLR), budget planning and controlling Strategic and analytical thinking, pragmatism and implementation strength High IT affinity, know-how about digital financial and ERP processes Communication skills: safe entry and a value-adding, moderate leadership style, to motivate employees to advance motivatingly as well as with the necessary intention to implement them.
