You develop and implement product group and supplier strategies for electrical and electronic components and promote the sustainable development of the purchase. You analyze international procurement markets, identify market and technology trends and commodity developments, and guide specific purchasing strategies and action recommendations. Worldwide, you identify suitable suppliers, evaluate opportunities and risks systematically and develop powerful supplier portfolios. You negotiate international framework agreements, prices and delivery conditions independently and ensure long-term competitive procurement. You carry out complex cost, market and cost-effectiveness analyses and prepare sound make-or-buy decisions and management decisions. Together with the departments, you evaluate and develop existing and new suppliers and carry out process and system audits. You secure a powerful supply chain, develop sustainable procurement concepts and tax project-related procurement projects in close cooperation with development, production and other fields of expertise. In addition, you continuously test changes in global procurement markets and identify innovations as well as optimization potentials through supplier contacts, market analyses and trade fair visits. Education: completed studies in the field of economic engineering, electrical engineering, business management with a technical focus or a comparable qualification experience and know-how: multi-year professional experience in strategic technical purchasing with a clear focus on electrical hardware, in particular components for control and control cabinet construction; sound market understanding of the relevant product group including supplier landscape, price and raw material developments and regulatory requirements; multiannual experience in the project business as well as in the development and implementation of product group strategies; safe handling of SAP and MS Office Personality and work: you can think strategically, analyze complex relationships accurately and derive sound decisions from them; you convince by a pronounced negotiation skill, a sovereign appearance and a structured, self-responsive manner; you actively introduce impulses and proactively shape changes Working day: readiness to travel, mobile work up to 40% of working hours Languages: German and English in word and writing
