Completed administrative or commercial training, ideally with HR reference or comparable professional experience in personnel management Practical experience in the time economy or staff administration knowledge of labour law, ideally in TV-L Structured, independent and careful operation would also be desirable: First experience in public service or higher education Knowledge of KoPers or LOGA Experience in process optimization or digitization in HR
