Software Developer - Microservice Frontend (m/f/d)

• Together with your colleagues, you develop modern, high-performance front-end architectures for microservices that optimally support Bechtle's digital strengths.

• For this, you design customised web applications that meet the most diverse requirements in diverse customer projects.

• A focus of your task is the development of the frontend of new microservice based on Next.js, React and TypeScript as well as the further development and optimization of existing services.

• You are responsible for structuring and implementing reusable UI components, state management concepts and performant rendering strategies.

• You work in a modern development environment with Monorepos, GitHub, Code Reviews as well as automated CI/CD pipelines and actively shape our frontend engineering standards.

• In addition, you support the ongoing operation of our services, analyze bugs, optimize existing frontends and take responsibility for quality across the entire software life cycle.

• Complete studies in software engineering, business informatics or corresponding training (e.g. specialist:in application development)

• Found experience in front-end development with React, Next.js and TypeScript

• Routine in dealing with monorepo structures, modern development setups, GitHub Workflows & CI/CD pipelines

• Good technical understanding for microservice architectures as well as API integration (REST, JSON etc.)

• Enthusiasm for new technologies and complex requirements in the eCommerce environment

• Very good German and good English skills
