These are your tasks with us: Support for personnel management in a variety of operations Participation in the maintenance of personal files, the creation of holiday requests, employment contracts and certificates Accompanying new employees during the incorporation phase and supporting the organisation of welcome events Maintenance and updating of reporting and databases Takeover of tasks in the field of fleet management (e.g. driving licence controls, ticket management)

That's what you bring: enrolled student at a university or university, ideally with a focus on business management, human resources management or a similar subject Interest in personal topics Independent, careful and structured working and good organizational skills Good knowledge of German in word and writing Safe handling of current MS Office applications You can ideally work 20 hours a week
