For our team in sausage production - work preparation we are looking for reinforcement at the next possible date, also professional beginners with appropriate qualifications!

Your duties include:

Brether setting and ensuring quality and performance Professional leadership of 8 employees Training of employees (e.g.: machine equipment and use, carrying out the necessary documentation, fault analsyse etc.) Operation of systems and machines for Brether positioning Compliance with hygiene and quality standards Accounting and Control of Movements in SAP

What you bring:

Complete vocational training as a butcher/meater/kitchen/specialist in food technology with first professional experience Ability to lead, promote and demand employees Impressed communication strength and team capacity Structured operation and flexibility Ready for shift work (start of work 03:00) Understanding MS Office Good knowledge of German in word and writing
