Senior Manager Data Management & Analytics Focus FSI Industry, Delivery and Sales (m/f/d)

As a senior manager*in, you combine sound industry experience in the FSI environment with professional excellence in data management and analytics. You don't just win projects, you run them. Sales and delivery are intertwining with you. From strategic positioning to successful implementation, you support customers as Trusted Advisor and develop sustainable customer relationships. Develop: With your deep understanding of the FSI industry, you recognize market potentials and shape our sales approaches around data management, analytics and modern data platforms and strategically develop existing customer relationships.

Positioning: topics such as data integration, BI, modern data architectures as well as platforms such as snowflake, databricks, Microsoft Fabric or SAP BDC are sure to be plated with decision-makers. Responsibility: You control supply processes in the area of data management, data platform and BI development – from the first need clarification to the final negotiation.

Guide: You run data and analytics projects in the FSI area, control time, budget and quality and keep the exchange between customer and team clear and effective.

Networking: Together with other x1F units, you develop integrated end-to-end offers. Data connection, integration, reporting, analytics as well as platform and architecture are a coherent overall picture.

Representatives: In customer appointments, Steering Committees and on events, you will be confident. Collaboration: Our experienced internal expert network supports you with presales, concepts and demos. Delivery and distribution are closely geared so that you can design projects holistic.

Industry experience: multi-year, well-founded experience in the FSI environment with a resilient network in banks, insurance companies or financial services companies.

Expertise: Deep understanding of data management, analytics and modern data platforms. Project management: Detectable experience in managing complex projects.

Sales competence: Successful activity in a customer- and market-oriented role, such as consulting, presales, business development or sales with delivery reference.

Technology knowledge: know-how in at least one platform: Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric or SAP BDC. Language knowledge: German on C1 level (informal) and English on a good level in word and writing. Flexibility: High adaptability for changing customer projects, topics and framework conditions.
