Professional and disciplinary leadership and development of the employees of the ''Product Documentation'' team Responsible for the CI-compliant documentation of the products (from the packaging label to the assembly instructions to the 3D customer model) Coordination of cooperation with product specialists and product and development engineers for the implementation of technical specifications in technical documentation Introduction and continuous development of our tools and standards within modern documentation Responsible for the management of technical documents by the 'Product Documentation' team, such as testing and releasing technical drawings in the SAP-ECTR document management system

Successfully completed studies of technical editorial staff, or engineering studies with several years of professional experience in the field of technical editorial staff multiannual professional experience in the technical editorial office with first leadership experience Knowledge of graphics and layout programs, such as Adobe Illustrator or Adobe InDesign High level of empathy, pronounced communication strength and experience in the moderation of teams and conversations Strength of decision and sense of responsibility Very good technical understanding Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, further knowledge of foreign languages desirable Suitable for severely disabled persons, according to the task and request profile
