Asphalt and road construction Development of demanding and complex construction measures Recognizing and Tracking Subsequents Organisation of construction planning and monitoring and control of results Coordination and management of personnel and subcontractors Participation in the calculation and acquisition of own projects, offering processing and consulting of customers with regard to advantageous technical solutions Organizing and managing construction meetings and carrying out contract negotiations and conflict solutions Personnel and equipment deployment planning and management of technical trainees and younger construction managers

Complete study in the field of civil engineering or multiannual professional practice in the above-mentioned function or comparable qualification Professional experience desirable Knowledge and experience in building law and VOB as well as in contracting, costing and post-contracting Good user knowledge of MS Office and knowledge of iTWO desirable Entrepreneurial thinking and engagement, negotiation skills and reliability Team spirit, enforcement ability and an independent, careful working style Enthusiasm for mastering challenges that others are contagious
