Supplier communication & construction site connection – You are the central contact person for construction sites, landfills and material suppliers and ensure smooth processes Price negotiations & Conditions Management – You actively negotiate with suppliers and get the best for your team – cost-conscious, targeted and partnership Procurement & Disposition – You order materials and services on time and keep stock and need in mind Framework agreements & supply relationships – They cooperate in building long-term partnerships and monitor compliance with agreed conditions Market and price monitoring – you analyze developments in the raw material and construction market and identify potentials and risks at an early stage.

Complete vocational training in the commercial sector, e.g. as a merchant/wife for office management, industrial merchant/wife, merchant/wife for marketing communication, merchant/wife in wholesale and foreign trade or merchant/wife for forwarding and logistics services Experience in operational purchasing, ideally in construction or industry Good technical understanding and the view for economic relations negotiating skills, communication strength and a structured working method A working method characterized by self-initiative, reliability and team orientation – especially in the handling of suppliers, in the negotiation of prices and in the disposition
