Senior Consultant (m/w/d) (FH) or Bachelor of Engineering We manage spaces for culture, security and administration with you as a specialist / engineer (m/w/d) in the Machinery Division 2. We are looking for reinforcement for our building technology department M2 at the Seeaustraße 2, in the Munich district of Altstadt – Lehel (near English garden) in Munich. We are currently building a modern data center for the National Office for Digitization, which will support the digital transformation of the Free State. It will host, among other things, the IT Service Centre and the School Computing Centre of the Bavarian Ministry of Education and Culture. In addition, we plan to extend the Museum of Human and Nature to the Museum of Natural History of Bavaria – Biotopia, where about 16,600 m2 of modern exhibition and event rooms are created. Our tasks include the handling of new construction and rebuilding measures and the maintenance of the properties of the Bavarian State in Munich, where we work closely with architects and engineers. Who are we? We, the State Building Office of Munich 1, are responsible for a large number of buildings and properties of the Free State of Bavaria and the Federal Republic of Germany, which are mainly located in the beautiful city area of Munich. These include, for example, museums, theatres, churches, but also ministries, administrative and judicial buildings as well as buildings of the Bavarian Police, the Federal Police and the Bundeswehr and much more. Our task is to develop new construction and conversion measures and to implement maintenance measures. Representation of the Free State of Bavaria as a builder, e.g. in construction measures on the McGraw-Gelände, in the Bavarian State Office for Statistics and Data Processing and in the construction of a data center Technical basic assessment and cost estimation of new construction projects Project management for the high-quality, cost- and timely implementation of the above construction measures Control and monitoring of construction lines on the customer side during the performance phases 1 to 9 of the HOAI Support for planning and execution of external engineering offices and the execution of contracted companies Plausibility check of execution planning Participation in the award and execution of works contracts according to VOB Decrease and billing of construction and engineering services Coordination and work in interdisciplinary project teams with the fields of electrical engineering and construction Negotiations with users and construction companies

Graduate in Supply Engineering, Building Technology, Mechanical Engineering or Technical Building Equipment (Diplom / Bachelor / Master) (m/w/d) Multiannual professional experience in planning offices and/or exporting companies in the industry Building / Supply Technology desirable Knowledge of technical regulations, desirable knowledge of HOAI and VOB High level of commitment, organisational and enforcement capacity, self-initiative and sense of responsibility Contact joy and cooperation in dealing with contracted companies and engineering offices and the representatives of the building users Task-oriented and independent operation Ability to teamwork and interdisciplinary thinking Performance and flexibility Good written and oral expression (level C2 to GER) Good computer skills
