You are responsible for the technical preparation and preparation of tender documents for technical and infrastructural building management, incl. Cost estimation You are responsible for the preparation of public procurement contracts You will also participate in the evaluation of the offer and participate in negotiations. You have a completed (specialized) university degree (graduate/graduate/master) of the departments Facility Management, Real Estate Management, Economics, Law, Business Administration or a related discipline. Further requirements: Ideally, you bring basic knowledge of VOB (parts A and B) and/or in the field of UVgO (formerly VOL) with You like to work across interfaces and the handling and exchange of service providers and employees is fun A pronounced service and customer orientation, high readiness for use and loadability are characterized You work structured, independent and result-oriented, and you also have a high affinity on technical and contractual issues Your profile is rounded off by your safe appearance as well as your convincing communication, enforcement and team skills The common Microsoft Office products can be safely mastered, especially Microsoft Excel. SAP and CAFM knowledge are advantageous You bring safe German knowledge, which corresponds at least to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing)

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee for employees is from the E10 Group to the E12 TV‐L (approximately 51.460,00 € – approx. € 82.590,00 per year) with all agreed social benefits (e.g. occupational pensions). A status-like takeover of beamed applicants is possible up to an office of grade A 12 LBesO A.
