Production Control Clerk (m/f/d)

Taxes on production orders taking into account the capacities, stocks and the procurement situation Installation, testing and adaptation of manufacturing orders and maintenance of data in the ERP system Tracking delivery dates of internal and external production orders Proactive communication with the interfaces production, sales, purchasing, Q and logistics to carry out time shifts, i.e. orders not to be carried out (e.g. due to lack of materials, lack of capacity) to the departments, if necessary suggest alternatives Creation of work plans and calculations for offers Control and monitoring of material availability Coordination of foreign processing identify bottlenecks or deviations in the production process and develop proposals for improvement to increase efficiency Evaluate and monitor key figures such as throughput time, utilisation and time accuracy to optimize production performance

Complete training in the technical or business sector – complemented by relevant professional experience Knowledge of production control and production planning Good understanding of production processes, manufacturing logistics and material disposition Very good knowledge in the area of machining and lean methods required for process optimization Embossed communication skills as well as customer and service orientation High level of responsibility, quality orientation and cooperation readiness Structured, independent working and pleasure in work in the team Secure handling of ERP system and MS Office programs
