Leadership, motivation and further development of approx. 130 employees in the sense of a modern leadership culture Responsibility for strategy, achievement and operational management of the department Active integration of the transformation process to higher automation and digitized production solutions Close cooperation with factory management, Injection Molding technology, tool construction, process engineering, quality assurance and maintenance Standardization and optimization of injection molding processes in terms of quality, efficiency and costs Planning and monitoring of budget and investment projects Ensuring occupational safety, health protection and legal compliance recruitment, development and binding of qualified employees Promoting customer-oriented, quality-conscious production culture

Complete technical studies in the field of plastics engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable qualifications (e.g. technicians/masters with relevant professional experience) Multiannual professional experience in injection moulding, ideally in a leading position Knowledge of process optimization, tool technology and automation of injection molding processes Experience in handling modern industrial and automation technologies (e.g. robotics, measurement technology, digitization of process data) Designed leadership and communication skills, coupled with a hands-on mentality Self-employed, targeted and structured work and high decision-making capability
