Withdrawal: You support our customers in taking back different types of batteries (e.g. vehicle batteries from electric vehicles, auto starter batteries) and are their contact person. Customer contact: You are in close contact with our customers and service providers, both in writing and by phone. Care: You accompany our customers from the request to the account position and ensure professional care. Coordination: You organize (partly short-term) pickups and ensure smooth running. Daily business: Operational daily business and general order management are part of your everyday life. Overview: You keep all current orders in mind and document them reliably. Relationships: You care for long-term customer relationships and expand them. Interface: You act as a link between our customers, logistics service providers and recycling partners. Optimization: You actively participate in the further development and optimization of our processes and systems. Search: You support various types of batteries, hazardous goods and waste law when searching for legal framework conditions.

Education: You have completed a degree in BWL, logistics or a comparable area – or a commercial training with relevant professional experience. Experience: You bring experience in order processing and customer support, ideally from a logistical environment. IT-Affinity: New, also own-developed systems you learn quickly and work digitally. Knowledge: knowledge or experience in the field of circular economy are a plus. Knowledge of dangerous goods law is desirable, especially in the field of batteries are a real advantage. Excel-Skills: With data you are sure to change; XVERWEIS, pivot tables and links are not foreign words for you. Languages: You have very good German skills (min. C1) and good English skills (min. B2). Working: You work structured, independent and do not lose sight of complex tasks. Communication: You are open, communicative and have fun sharing in the team and with customers. Of course, you take the listener and enjoy the direct exchange. Flexibility: You are flexible and find it exciting to work in a small, dynamic team.
