According to our motto “We give you space on earth!” we operate thermal vacuum systems and subsystems to simulate the environmental conditions of space (pressure, extreme temperatures and solar radiation) for satellites. In this environment, our customers can check their systems for heart and kidneys and verify their function. Team E-Technik is responsible for the operational readiness of these plants. Through maintenance, maintenance, fault analysis and repair, as well as the modernization of electrical equipment, we ensure the operation of the test equipment. In addition, we dimension customer-specific test setups and carry out test preparation activities in cooperation with our customers. Activity

• Maintenance of complex electrical equipment including troubleshooting based on schematics and PLC programs, troubleshooting and repair, function testing, thermal testing and DGUV testing
• Participation in the preparation, accompaniment and preparation of space system and component tests in our thermal vacuum test plants
• Support for plant development projects
• Checking and logging of the work carried out and plant configuration
• Update of plant documentation
• Installation of thermal panels with selected heating technology
• Operation of test systems in 3-shift operation

Preconditions

• Complete vocational training in the field of electrical engineering, electronics, e.g. energy and building technology, operating technology, automation technology, mechatronics or comparable
• Good knowledge of troubleshooting and troubleshooting based on schematics
• Experience in handling safety-relevant tests and standards (e.g. DGUV tests)
• Practical experience in operation, maintenance or modernization of complex electrical installations desirable
• Good knowledge of German and English
