You are handcrafted, you like to work in the team and want to pack directly in production? Then the position as an installation helper (m/w/d) is just the right one for you! Your main tasks include customizing glass strips, cutting and tightening rubber, and glueing felt. In a modern production hall you work on exciting projects and are an important part of a successful team. Here you can not only introduce your skills, but also gain valuable new experiences.

• Cutting and adjustment of glass strips
• Cutting and professional drawing of rubber materials
• Precise adhesive bonding of felt at the intended places
• Working in a modern production environment
• Support of the team during general assembly work
• Ensuring the specified quality standards

We are looking for

For this position we are looking for active support with an eye for detail and willingness to learn. Previous experience in production or assembly is advantageous, but no need – motivation counts more than professional experience! Here are the requirements for this place:

• First experience in production or assembly (of advantage, but not absolutely necessary)
• craftsmanship and a good eye for details
• Teamability and reliability in operation
• Willingness to learn new things and work into production processes
• Basic knowledge of German language for communication in the team
• Flexibility and loadability in changing tasks
