We are one of the leading insolvency law firms and are part of the international law firm. Its core area includes corporate restructuring, restructuring and liquidation as part of insolvency proceedings, but also in advance of insolvency for the purpose of avoiding insolvency. You commit complex insolvency proceedings from the receipt of your application to the conclusion and coordinate all steps You support the insolvency administrator and lawyers: both in the case of legally and economically demanding questions and in the case of reports and legal correspondence You are responsible for the reporting, the legal correspondence and directories according to InsO (in particular §§ 151, 152, 153 and 156 InsO) including electronic data exchange via beA You independently examine and process insolvency claims and ground liabilities, including receivables and recovery of assets You tax the accounting settlement of the proceedings, including booking on insolvency accounts, revenue-output transactions, sales tax pre-registrations and debitor and creditor care in winsolvenz.p4 You accept the billing with creditors, first apply for compensation and coordinate the conclusion of the proceedings, the accounting and final distribution of creditors

You have a good degree as Dipl. (m/w/d), Bachelor of Laws (LL.B./LL.M.) or Dipl. (m/w/d) You bring multi-year professional experience (min. 3 years) in the field of insolvency management of IN procedures with You work in a structured and careful way, and you are confident and confident You are open to new challenges arising in the field of rule insolvencies You are resilient and team capable You have knowledge of the use of Winsolvenz P4 and LEXolution programs
