Head of object TGA m/w/d Place of use: Erlangen Reference number: 2026-0851 Working time: Full time

Professional and disciplinary responsibility for employees in your object Responsibility for the provision of the contractually agreed services for the contracted object Central contact for the customer in all questions of technical building management Control of the object team and planning of personnel use as well as ensuring the internal performance calculation of the associated employees Object responsibility for complex technical installations

Technical training as e.g. electronics / energy plant electronics / electrical installer / plant mechanics heating air conditioning sanitation Ideally with multi-year professional experience, but also professional or cross-enterprises with training ambitions are welcome! Ideal would be a further education as a technician, master, Bachelor, engineer - optimally in facility management and/or in technical building equipment, supply technology, heating-climate ventilation technology or electrical engineering German knowledge at least c1 and driving licence class B Optimum would be good knowledge of MS Office, SAP and Planon Good quality and cost awareness and high service orientation
