You develop and summarize object analyses for the entire life cycle of a property in the area of the Münster branch In addition, you create portfolio analyses and bundles of identified requirements for partial portfolios with the help of real estate management You develop and control portfolio concepts and give implementation proposals to optimise inventories in the context of project and real estate developments, possibly taking into account the results of the portfolio conferences You provide and coordinate all the basic services and special services of object planning in the performance phases 1 to 2 according to HOAI for our modernization, reuse and new construction projects In addition, work out and coordinate the requirements according to DIN 18205 and ensure their quality You develop new concepts for our real estate portfolio and make suggestions for optimizing individual properties Furthermore, our tenants support and advise you:inside, prepare corresponding user set-up agreements and create rental offers

You have a successfully completed degree (Diplom/ Bachelor/Master) of architecture or project development or a comparable engineering discipline. Further requirements: You carry out several years of professional experience in project development as well as passion for planning and construction Ideally, you have knowledge of relevant relevant legislation and experience in real estate implementation You can work both in the team and independently, have ideas and goals, can represent them convincingly and have a systematic, solution-oriented and pragmatic way of working. You have the willingness and ability to guide a Service-Kfz You bring safe German knowledge, which corresponds at least to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing)

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee for employees is from the E10 Group to the E12 TV‐L (approximately 51.400,00 € – approx. € 82.600,00 per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions). A status-like takeover of beamed applicants is possible up to an office of grade A 12 LBesO A.
