Contract and Claim Manager (m/f/d)

You accompany construction projects as part of a preventive contract and claim management Advising and supporting our project participants in the award of contracts for freelance services (e.g. AHO, HOAI, BGB) and construction services (VOB, BGB) are your tasks You work in preparing and auditing the tendering and awarding documents for engineering and VOB services in complex projects with In addition, the advice and support of the specialist departments, in particular the project managers:inside, the judiciary and external lawyers:inside, experts:into your task package You are responsible for the active contract management (for the development, administration, adaptation and continuation of contracts) with the aim of increasing the efficiency of the business activities of the BLB You support and advise in the management of post-subscription negotiations in the sense of a qualified claim management, as well as in the prevention, testing and evaluation of claims (defence of claims to contractual changes) You assist in the processing of constructional supplements

You have a completed degree (Diplom/ Bachelor/Master) of Engineering, Architecture, Economics or a comparable subject Further requirements: In the case of applicants from other fields of study, proof of professional activities with direct reference to contract or claim management must be attached to the application documents Ideally, you already have professional experience in the engineering field, in contract management, in claim management, or in the execution of construction projects Ideally, you already have experience in public procurement law (VgV, GWB, VOB/A, UVgO) and in architect and engineering contracting (VOB/HOAI/BGB) as well as in construction contract law A safe occurrence, team skills, communication strength and a high motivation draw you In dealing with current Microsoft Office applications and SAP, you are familiar and willing to work on new topics and DV systems (Microsoft Office applications, SAP and VMS etc.) You bring safe German knowledge, which corresponds at least to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing)

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee is payable from the E 12 group to the E 13 group. TV‐L (approximately € 53.700,00 – approx. € 84.400,00 per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions). A status-like takeover of beamed applicants: it is possible within a period of office of grade A 13 LBesO A.
