Insurances are more than just material handling. In practice at VWFS, you actively work with concrete cases, evaluate risks, accompany damage processes and develop solutions that make a direct difference for customers in everyday life. You will also shape your commitment in the insurance and financial environment: Customer consulting & contract management: We are responsible for the conclusion and management of contracts and advise our customers about their concerns. Damage management & risk assessment: You accompany the processing of damages and gain insight into the assessment of risks, claims and insurance benefits. Product and process design: We accompany our insurance products (including online processes, product management).

You start on August 1st and change between practical phases with us and teaching at the Otto-Bennemann School in Braunschweig. Azubi Project: You take responsibility for your own topics and implement projects independently. In-house seminars: You support you in the development of expertise and successful completion. Flexible and independent deployment planning – all business units are open to you.

You will learn this at the vocational school: The theoretical content of the Otto-Bennemann-Schule in Braunschweig is given to you. You build your knowledge step by step, even without prior knowledge: Insurance and financial bases: You learn what role insurance and finance play in everyday life (including: insurance, insurance, financial assets). Customer consulting & communication: You learn to convey complex topics in a comprehensible way (including advice, explanation, solutions). Legal basis: You will gain insights into the legal foundations of the insurance industry and learn to correctly classify them in practice. Financial assets & precautions: You will get an overview of possibilities for investment and security. Project work: Planning and implementing your own project as part of your final exam.

You have at least one secondary degree I - real school degree. Your last two testimonials are at least 2.5. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing (C1 level). Interest in economic relations and financial issues. Joy in working with people and explaining solutions. Motivation to take responsibility and learn new things. Self-employed, reliable working and team skills.

Attractive training allowance of over 1,300 euros per month at 35 hours per week and 30 days per year.
