With several branches in Germany, our client stands for modern, interdisciplinary TGA planning with a focus on sustainable and technically demanding buildings. At the site, the team is responsible for the planning and control of projects over the relevant performance phases and works closely with builders, architectural offices and executive companies. The claim is a consistently high technical quality while at the same time economically and timely project processing. In the course of the further development of the site, structures and procedures are further professionalized and scalable. Total technical, personnel and economic responsibility for the TGA site with clear responsibility for earnings and budget Strategic and operational development of structures, standards and procedures for efficient, scalable project execution Leadership, coaching and development of the team including resource management, utilisation planning and targeted personnel development Ensuring quality, appointments and cost-effectiveness in ongoing projects as well as controlling reporting and key figures for management Maintenance and development of customer relationships including participation in acquisitions, supply creation and contract and price negotiations

Complete study of supply technology, building/energy technology or a comparable qualification focusing on technical building equipment Multiannual professional and leadership experience in a leading function in the TGA environment, ideally in the project or planning environment of the building industry Impressed competence in project management, resource management and prioritization with regard to quality, dates and economics Funded business knowledge and security in dealing with budgets, reporting, contractual bases and business key figures Very good communication and negotiation skills, sovereign stakeholder management as well as reliable German knowledge
