In our 10-person transport system team in Freiburg, you take over the technical and disciplinary leadership and create a trusting and supportive working environment together with your team. You will accompany the projects in the field of railways as well as in the construction of engineering and continue to develop the department. Technical and disciplinary management Technical and disciplinary management of the Department of Transport Systems at Freiburg Leadership and further development of a team of about 10 employees Implementation of personnel and development talks and targeted promotion of employees Participation in the strategic development of the department and expansion of the performance portfolio Project responsibility Control and coordination of ongoing infrastructure projects together with the project leaders Ensuring the economic planning of transport stations and engineering structures Self-employed acquisition of projects in coordination with the branch management Quality management Ensuring compliance with quality standards in projects and services Monitoring the timely and economic implementation of the project objectives Interface management Representation of the department vis-à-vis clients and project partners Close coordination with branch management, project management and external partners Coordination between discipline, acquisition and strategic business development

Completed studies in civil engineering, transport engineering or a comparable qualification At least 10 years of professional experience in the planning and management of railway projects, transport stations or construction engineering Knowledge in the areas of transport systems/over-construction rail, DB InfraGO AG, S- and subway projects, private railways or alternatively in bridge construction leadership experience is desirable, but no requirement – experienced project leaders with development potential are also welcome Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a structured, solution-oriented and responsible way of working as well as very good German knowledge (mind.
