Your tasks: • You have the overall management of the branch – from personnel deployment planning to goods management to active sales and budget control • For your team, you have the responsibility for your staff and ensure the continuous development • Your staff will be involved and you will be responsible for training trainees and trade professionals • With new openings and inventory in the district, you can help your colleagues (gn) • Make sure the goods are presented optimally • The necessary preparations for relocations are made and processed by you • You perform awards, reductions and inventory • As a branch manager (gn), you are the central contact between administration and executives in sales
