Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop high-performing teams. Hands-on expertise in robotics hardware, electromechanical systems, and automation technologies. Solid troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities in complex technical environments. Experience with commissioning, deployment, testing, or maintenance of automated systems. Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and control systems. Ability to make decisions under pressure and take ownership of critical technical challenges. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A problem-solving mindset combined with a proactive and hands-on approach.
