“In nature – with nature” – this is not only a guiding principle, but a practice in our children’s house in Krailling. Our children experience nature close to the skin: on the natural outdoor area, on daily excursions and in our firmly integrated forest kindergarten group. In order to further develop this special facility, we are looking for a dedicated institution management (m/w/d) with leadership skills, educational sensitivity and genuine enthusiasm for work in and with nature. Your tasks: Head of our nursery with a crib and a kindergarten group Active support of the team in everyday pedagogy (no classical group management) Conceptual development of our natural and forest pedagogical approach Design and implementation of nature-related educational opportunities, forest days and projects Confidential cooperation with parents in the sense of an educational partnership Guidance, promotion and further development of the entire team

(m/w/d) or a comparable qualification First experience as a lead is beneficial but no need Educational skill, empathy and a great heart for children Organizational talent, team spirit and an appreciation of leadership
