Project Manager (m/f/d)

Objective-oriented project responsibility You take over the project management and project-related building tasks for the construction project of the 7 bridges at the Altstädter Bahnhof as well as several support walls and are therefore responsible for the preparation and monitoring of the construction project. You agree on the construction time, construction technology and execution planning and check the tender documents. You recognize necessary changes within the construction contract, check delivery offers and assess changed construction processes. By running the construction files, cost control, as well as the preparation and implementation of interim measures, you will keep an eye on the entire project. For those involved in the construction, you are the communicative respondent and are forward-looking at civil meetings.

Enforcement and negotiation skills Completed technical engineering college or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Economic Engineering/Construction or a comparable discipline or equivalent skills and experience Long-term practical experience after graduation, proven experience in project management and expertise in the field of construction engineering Target and communication and negotiation strong Class B licence and very good knowledge of German in word and writing (comparable C1/C2)
