PSM Projekt System & Management GmbH (PSM) is a joint venture of KNDS Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG (KNDS) and Rheinmetall Landsysteme GmbH (RLS). The PSM was established with the aim of coordinating the development and production of the new puma gun for the Bundeswehr, and in the future also for a fighting armor, on the industrial side.

Professional leadership of technical teams Coordination and control of internal and external interfaces, including subcontractors (UAN) Reporting to senior relevant bodies Participation in the development, design and analysis of technical systems Responsibility for the implementation of technical management (e.g. supply processing, requirements analysis and management) Testing of concepts for systems and subsystems and specifications Definition, planning and control of work packages Negotiating technical content with customers and project partners Planning and implementation of internal and external technical reviews

Successfully completed technical studies, for example in the field of engineering, or comparable Professional experience in technical project processing

Experience in Systems Engineering desirable Understanding and routined work with the current MS Office programs Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Representative organisational, team and enforcement capability readiness to travel
