Active, demand-oriented consulting and sales of all products and services incl. Offer creation, contract conclusion and cross- and up-selling. Full processing of customer contact via all channels including clarification of complex facts and ensuring high service quality. Maintenance and updating of all customer and contract-relevant data as well as ensuring data quality. Processing of requests for invoices, bills and payments, as well as auditing accounting data. Detachable documentation of all processes and forwarding to internal areas of expertise to ensure smooth processes.

Completed commercial training as well as first professional experience in customer service or sales. Sales experience and high customer orientation with pleasure in active sales. Knowledge of energy processes and systems (ERP) as well as basic understanding of the industry. Impressed communication, consulting and negotiation skills and safe occurrence. Structured, independent and reliable operation combined with team capability, flexibility and loadability.
