Support and implementation of Commissioning & Qualification activities for automated and robotic systems in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment. Creation, review and maintenance of C&Q documentation (IQ/OQ/PQ, test logs, reports) Technical understanding of automation and robotics systems to correctly derive quality-relevant tests Cooperation with Engineering, Automation, QA and External Suppliers Support for decreases, FAT/SAT Working in project-relevant tasks (planning, documentation, coordination)
First to multi-year experience in the field of Commissioning & Qualification in a pharmaceutical environment Basic knowledge of automation technology to understand technical relationships Ability to create structured documentation according to GMP requirements Structured and precise operation Very good communication skills in the international environment readiness to travel
Technical knowledge: Operating systems: Windows Server (2008/2012/2016), Windows XP/7/10 Databases: Oracle, SQL Server Automation: Rockwell (FTView, Rslinx, Studio 5000), Kepware, Matrikon Robotics: FANUC Reading and testing of electrical & mechanical drawings AutoCAD Basic knowledge
Language knowledge: English: Advanced (Project & Documentation Language) English: Advanced
