Trainers / Training Supervisors IT Professions – Energy Transition (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the implementation of a modern, practical and future-oriented training in our IT professions and ensure compliance with the IHK curriculum. Against this background, you will develop learning goals, training concepts and roadmaps and help shape the strategic development of our IT training. You accompany our trainees professionally and personally throughout their entire training period and are the central contact person in everyday training. At the same time, you work closely with internal departments, in particular our business IT, as well as cooperation partners. Last, but not least, you will get involved in training projects, apprenticeship companies and innovative learning environments and support their further development.

You have a completed training or study in the IT field as well as an instructor certificate (AEVO), ideally also a pedagogical qualification and first experience in the training environment. Their broad IT skills include topics such as hardware, operating systems, firmware, databases, network, RZ architecture, programming languages, cloud, AI etc. You like to pass on your knowledge and have fun to accompany talents on their way. And personally? Communicate safely, are empathic and organize skillful. You show their own initiative and have the ability to inspire and motivate people. .
