Number: MER00041D7 Global Customer Service & Parts (GCSP) is responsible for the global parts and service business of Mercedes-Benz AG. With over one million square meters of storage space, the Mercedes-Benz Global Logistics Center in Germersheim is the world's largest warehouse for automotive spare parts and, at the same time, the headquarters of the global Mercedes-Benz after-sales supply chain network. From here we design all supply chain processes and ensure the spare parts supply of our worldwide customers. Health and Safety Germersheim + Logistik-Center (HR/PHM) is responsible for health management at Germersheim, its external sites and the 5 German logistics centers.

Our team consists of 9 highly motivated and friendly colleagues in social consulting, occupational health promotion, occupational medicine and outpatient care. Our goal is to offer our customers the best medical care. We work in an interdisciplinary manner within our team and outside with our interface functions. These challenges come to you: Social counselling qualifies, advises and supports managers in difficult to extremely problematic management situations

It aims to further develop the psychosocial leadership skills in the fields of topics and tensions: cooperation, leadership, change, family and private, psyche and behavior as well as in the topic of addiction diseases and to promote the safety of management.

Social counselling advises individual employees and teams in the above-mentioned topics, e.g. in professional and private conflict and crisis situations as well as in mental problems

In addition, it supports function providers, such as staff advisers, employees of the Works Council in psychosocial problems in the above-mentioned fields of tension in their respective roles and conducts sector-related consultations and workshops

Social counselling advises and accompanies teams (e.g. conflict advice, mediation)

In psychosocial topics, you design executive qualifications and conduct them independently

You work with projects

Ideally qualify for this job: Completed social science studies or comparable (technical)higher education

Completed systemic consulting qualification

Multiannual professional experience in psychosocial fields of activity (e.g. psychosomatics, addiction)

Professional experience in the operational and/or organisational context

Knowledge of MS Office
