Number: MER00041D7 Global Customer Service & Parts (GCSP) is responsible for the global parts and service business of Mercedes-Benz AG. These challenges come to you: Social counselling qualifies, advises and supports managers in difficult to extremely problematic management situations

It aims to further develop the psychosocial leadership skills in the fields of topics and tensions: cooperation, leadership, change, family and private, psyche and behavior as well as in the topic of addiction diseases and to promote the safety of management.

Social counselling advises individual employees and teams in the above-mentioned topics, e.g. in professional and private conflict and crisis situations as well as in mental problems
