You generally support personnel and culture in operational, administrative and organisational tasks. In recruiting, you will be involved in the preparation and publication of job alerts. You take over the organisation and coordination of interviews and communication with applicants. You help with administrative tasks in personnel management. You work with interdisciplinary HR topics and projects, e.g. in the fields of education and training, health management and culture.

You are currently immatriculated at a German (special) university or university in the field of business, economic psychology, human resources management, administrative sciences or a comparable degree course. You are interested in human resources and modern staff work. A structured, careful and reliable way of working distinguishes you. You have a safe handling of the current MS Office applications. Organisational skills, sense of responsibility, as well as a friendly appearance and good communication skills complete your profile.
