Architect Residential Modular Construction (m/w/d)

You develop and design modular residential buildings You develop design concepts, create sketches and their visualizations, and agree with builders and other stakeholders You are responsible for identifying customer needs and requirements on the market (builders, investors) You make a selection of suitable materials and technologies for residential module construction, taking into account sustainability and efficiency You create construction plans, designs and 3D models You ensure compliance with building regulations and standards

Complete degree in architecture Multiannual professional experience (min. 3 years) in the planning department for housing construction; Visionary and extroverted personality who enjoys an activity with start-up character Safe handling of AutoCAD and MS Office or O365; Teamability, communication strength and a structured working method
