System Engineer Setup (m/f/d)

You play a central role in the design, integration and implementation of complex setup systems for our projects. You are responsible for the professional implementation of system requirements in the areas of quality, cost and time (Q, K, T). You design and plan setup and equipment systems taking into account the construction specifications, the general plan and all relevant regulations. You integrate different systems and assemblies in terms of spatial and system engineering, in particular in economic facilities, living and functional spaces, as well as in the main areas of ship safety (SSich) and Damage Control Equipment (DCE). You create overview and production drawings, including associated piece lists, and coordinate the coordination with suppliers, shipyards and interface partners during the design and production phase. You support decreases in the manufacturer's factory, assembly on board and handover to national and international customers and work closely with teams from other departments or in the SUB area.

You have a degree in mechanical engineering, shipbuilding or a comparable qualification in a related field. You are convinced with sound knowledge of the design and project work of naval equipment and/or equipment. Safe handling of CAD software, ideally UG NX 3D, AutoCAD and databases (PLM team center), is of course for you. You have good knowledge of maritime regulations such as SOLAS, UVV, See-BG, BV and other standards. You are safe in handling MS Office and IT applications like SAP. You convince with team skills, high self-motivation, organisational skills and communicate with internal and external partners in German and English. You are flexible and ready to travel between our locations in Emden, Wismar and Hamburg.
