Manager Order and Warranty Management TGM (m/f/d)

Responsibility: Technical and commercial assessment of projects in technical building management (TGM) or Technical facility management; Analysis of technical and economic risks within the scope of warranty and defect processes cooperation: the collection and commissioning of craft enterprises and subcontractors; scheduling and coordination; close cooperation with the project management / construction management; Support for contractual and guarantee-related issues in cooperation with the Legal Department Inspire for TGM: accompaniment of acceptances, including documentation of processes; Ensuring contractual and legal requirements (VOB, BGB, BetrSichV, DGUV) tackling tasks: acceptance, electronic detection and forwarding of the defect messages during the warranty period; Control of deficiencies and decrease living in cooperation: written and oral communication with the customer; coordination with object managers, TGM, purchasing, user areas; Ensuring the defect release by specialist companies and customers Promote progress: monitoring of defect processing by regular visits and controlling all external auditors and specialist companies in the warranty process

Education: Complete technical vocational training as an electronic / mechatronic / industrial mechanic or similar, ideally with further training to the technician / master (m/w/d) or completed technical studies in the field of construction management, construction or comparable training / further education Experience: Required in the field of technical facility management and maintenance in the field of building technology mode of operation: self-employed, structured and result-oriented mode of operation and pronounced cost awareness; high service and service orientation Personality: Embossed organizational talent with independent working; negotiating skills and enforcement capacity; Communication strength and safe occurrence Knowledge: Secure handling of MS Office applications (Excel and PowerPoint) Languages: German language
