Plant Manager Poland (m/f/d)

Total responsibility for building, running and further development of the production site Transformation of the site from an extended work bench to an independent, fully-fledged production plant within the manufacturing network Establishment and management of the local organisation including integration of the existing workforce, recruitment and development of other employees and executives Control and continuous optimization of all operational areas such as production, assembly, quality, logistics, material flow, maintenance and production planning Expansion of production capacities and the local product portfolio as well as establishing scalable processes, clear performance standards and efficient production structures Introduction and further development of Lean Management, Operational Excellence and continuous improvement processes focusing on quality, delivery reliability, productivity and costs Responsibility for budget, cost management and KPI management as well as the development of the location to a powerful European production and logistics location Close cooperation with the headquarters in NRW Perspective: Takeover of management

Complete technical studies Multiannual leadership and management experience in an industrial production environment, ideally as factory, production or operation manager Detectable experience in building, running or further development of production sites and production capacities Finded understanding of manual and partially automated manufacturing processes, ideally in cable assembly, connecting technology, electrical engineering or comparable low volume / high-mix production Experience in Shopfloor Management, Production Planning, Material Flow, Factory Logistics, Quality Assurance and Lean Management and Continuous Improvement Representative competence in organisational development and change management as well as experience in integration, stabilization and further development of existing teams and structures Entrepreneurial thinking, good commercial understanding including budget and cost responsibility as well as a pragmatic, implementation-oriented leadership style Very good communication and interface competence; flowing Polish and English skills, German knowledge of advantage Willingness to work intensively at the headquarters in NRW
