Leadership & Development: You run your Fleet managers professionally and disciplinefully – with regular 1:1s, clear feedback and genuine interest in their development. Team culture: You create an environment where your leaders can motivate their drivers and address problems at an early stage. Performance & Health status: You have a look at the performance indicators of your region – in particular the rate of sickness and fluctuation – and you are actively taxing against it. Recruiting & Onboarding: You support the acquisition of new Fleet managers and create a structured integration. Driver recruitment: You are active in hiring new professional drivers: from pre-selection to conversation. Representation & Backup: If you are absent or bottlenecks, you will start as proxy for your Fleet manager and keep the store running.
