Master Mechanic or Mechatronics Technician as Workshop Manager (m/f/d)

• Organisation & Coordination: You plan and control the daily workshop processes and ensure that all work is done efficiently and on time. • Team leadership: You coordinate the employees, distribute tasks and assist your colleagues as competent contact persons. • Technical responsibility: You accompany maintenance, diagnostic and repair work and support demanding technical questions. • Quality in mind: You make sure that repairs are carried out professionally and agreed appointments are maintained. • With design: you recognize potential for improvement, optimize workflows and actively introduce your own ideas. • Cooperation: You work closely with the commercial and technical management and contribute to a successful workshop.

• Completed technical training, for example as a motor vehicle mechatronic, commercial vehicle mechatronics, land and construction machine mechatronics (m/w/d) or in a comparable field • You have several years of professional experience and very good knowledge in the maintenance, fault diagnosis and repair of vehicles or machines. • A further education to the master or technician is welcome, but no prerequisite. Your practical skills and technical understanding are crucial. • You have the pleasure of taking responsibility, leading colleagues and motivating a team. First leadership experience is of advantage, but no need. • Organizational institution: You also keep track of multiple parallel orders, set priorities and provide structured workflows. • Design will: You don't just want to manage the everyday workshop, but you want to improve processes, introduce your own ideas and move something together with your team. • Personality: You convince by their own initiative, team spirit, communication strength and a solution-oriented, pragmatic way of working.
