You define and implement revenue growth management strategies across pricing, promotions, terms, and product mix, focusing on value creation over volume You conduct deep analysis of market, consumer, and sales data to identify growth opportunities and develop actionable recommendations You collaborate cross-functionally, especially with Sales, to ensure alignment and flawless execution of RGM plans in the trade You support the execution of commercial plans with the sales team, ensuring alignment with trade realities and customer needs You continuously evaluate the performance of RGM initiatives and adapt strategies to ensure long-term
