Independent processing and implementation of construction projects via the performance phases 1–8 of the HOAI Planning of demanding new building, rebuilding and renovation projects in public construction and in industrial and commercial construction Development of design, detail and execution planning as well as creation of tenders, participation in the awarding and monitoring of objects Coordination and coordination with builders, specialist planners, authorities and project partners within the framework of diverse construction projects Control and monitoring of quality, dates and costs within the framework of project management Step by step take over project and construction management tasks with increasing responsibility Participation in the further development of internal project processes and quality standards
