Complete study of economic informatics, economics or comparable training At least 3–5 years of well-founded professional experience in SAP HCM consulting Advanced knowledge and practical experience in handling SAP NetWeaver ILM / SAP HCM ILM (including rules, ILM objects, archiving) Experience with the legal and technical requirements of the GDPR in the SAP HCM environment Knowledge of data migration, data purification or preparation for SAP HCM for S/4HANA (H4S4) Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Impressed communication strength, consultant personality and team capacity Very good German (C1/Mother language) and fluent English skills
