Office organization and assistance tasks Coordination and forwarding of internal and external telephone calls Reception and possibly hosting our national and international guests

Secure knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Secure knowledge of German spelling and at least good English skills Organisational institution for general office activities Team-oriented personality, reliable, open and friendly About 15-20 hours a week at 3 afternoons time for us
