Sales representative in the office (m/f/d)

Support of the sales team in order collection and processing Monitoring and coordination of contracts Collection and appointment of customer orders as well as the processing of customer complaints and initiation of the necessary measures Order management such as creating offers, price negotiations in consultation with the sales management, export documents and master data maintenance Self-acquisition of freight and warehouse documentation Takeover of the telephone centre in German and English Customer support, especially via telephone meat selection for export selections according to customer requirement Active support for new customers Optimization of internal process processing, sales production QS shipment

Successfully completed commercial training or several years of professional experience in the relevant field Teamability and very good communication skills Reliable and independent operation Good English knowledge of word and writing Knowledge of goods management systems
