Your duties Ready for a responsible position with lots of variety and diverse contacts? Then you will be involved in the holistic house management and care of the rental conditions – from receipt to termination – including complaint management and sovereign communication with tenants, authorities and social bodies. Above all, you can coordinate the rental process safely: from the tendering, sightseeing and rental price calculation to the conclusion of the contract, as well as the maintenance of voids and interest lists. With a view to figures and legal issues, you are responsible for the administration, the management of bail, lease adjustments, insolvency and cooperation with lawyers. And in the WEG administration? Create house money bills and economic plans, conduct owner accounts and accompany changes of ownership, special reserves and provisions. Of course, in your role, you are the central contact person for owners, managing the owners' meetings and implementing the decisions.
