Junior Project Developer Real Estate (m/f/d)

Acquisition and assessment of land (residential and commercial projects) Examination of the installation possibilities and coordination of the need with internal areas Analysis of properties in terms of location, economic viability, legal framework and development potential Development and control of real estate projects across all project phases (planning, realization, marketing) Participation talks with owners, authorities, experts, architects and specialist planners close cooperation with internal departments (sales, planning, construction management, marketing) Monitoring of approval procedures and coordination with authorities Market and location analyses to identify new project potentials Participation in the strategic development of our project portfolio Preparation and implementation of presentations before authorities

successfully completed studies or commercial training in the real estate sector multiannual professional experience in the project development of real estate (ideally for construction companies) well-founded knowledge of market analysis, feasibility, financing and return calculations as well as building law, licensing procedures and contract design analytical thinking, structured project management, independent work and team skills safe occurrence, very good communication and presentation skills as well as negotiation skills high self-initiative, readiness for performance, target orientation and enforcement structured and reliable operation Basic knowledge of MS Office Class B licence and regional catchment mobility very good knowledge of German in word and writing
