As a member of the Board of Management, you will support the Executive Board members in the case of operational and strategic issues, together with the colleagues of the Board of Management, for a smooth run in the daily business. You carry out research and analysis on your own, prepare recommendations for action and concepts, prepare them for the decision and accompany the implementation. You actively represent enercity against important stakeholders and demonstrate communicative and diplomatic skills. You can reliably and efficiently handle the management rounds. Coordination, logging, pre- and post-processing are in your hands. You can keep up to date on current trends and developments in the energy industry.

You have a successfully completed university course, with a technical, economic, or energy background. You could already gain first practical experience in the field of energy management or also in the management consultancy. Performance, reliability and team capacity are important values for you. You have the ability to present complex relationships to different stakeholders. Expert knowledge of the common Microsoft Office products will help you.
